Mancini's Sleepworld Monterey

Our shopping experience was wonderful. The sales associate Jake was really helpful, and very personable. He was just awesome. We are also so happy that there is free delivery and our old mattress will be removed. Its a pain trying to find a place that takes old mattresses and of course another expense. My partner and I are very pleased with the experience so far, and excited for our new mattress and frame tomorrow. Definitely would recommend Mancinis!

Thomas at Mancini's Sleepworld was the best person I've talked to in years. He actually listened to what I was trying to accomplish in getting a new mattress. He insite was spot on for what would fit in my existing bed frame and what I needed for better sleep. I love my new mattress and platform that goes up and down. Sleep is better.

1000% will be back to work with Thomas!! On top of that, the sale prices alone were so much more fascinating to look at than any other store we have visited. The atmosphere and customer service makes it easy to shop without the extra pressure to buy.

Thomas is great! Buying from a salesman can be stressful but by the end I wanted to buy the mattress from them because of his approach on sales. My partner and I went in to test out mattresses/potentially buy and Thomas was very kind and helpful throughout the process. He asked about specific needs and answered all of our questions. He didn’t pressure us to buy anything but made his presence known in case we needed help. He was nice and very knowledgeable. The store was clean and well-maintained.

AMAZING! We thought we were going to be mattress shopping all afternoon, but it was a one-stop-shop thanks to Thomas. He was friendly and personable, worked within our criteria, allowed us to take our time and make a decision that was best for us, and went out of his way to accommodate us and personalize our experience from start to finish. The store was fine, but it’s Thomas we’d come back for.
