Mancini's Sleepworld Gilroy

Salesperson Lawrence was great. He acknowledged us when we came in the store, but allowed us time to look around and see what mattress style, manufacturer, and pricing we wanted to focus on. When he noticed that we were trying numerous mattresses in one selection area, he approached us and asked if He can answer any questions we may have. He was very polite and informative on the different styles and firmness of mattresses that we were looking at. We settled on a mattress That met our comfort and financial needs. I would recommend Mancini sleep world to other friends who two need to update a mattress. Thank you, Lawrence for all your help.

It has been several years since I have needed to purchase a bed. I’ve seen ads for several places and decided to go in for a look. Michael at the Gilroy location, was pleasant, asked great questions, showed me several options and gave me a quote. I did check out two other places and did not get that level of great service. I got my quote on a Monday and purchased on that Friday. Larry finished up that Friday and was equally as helpful as Michael. Thank you to Mancini’s for making the choice easy.

I went in and tried About 10 Mattress mattresses. I Laid on Them for several minutes. My Sales person was very patient and left me alone. Kept coming back and checking on me. He probably thought I just needed a nap ha ha. I was not in a hurry. I don’t wanna buy another mattress for a long time. I think I found a wonderful mattress and also the base it could’ve been delivered next day but I need time to remove the old bed so it will be delivered next week.

Larry was great help. After looking at some options, we decided with Larry's help & guidance to finalize the purchase & was able to leave in under an hour as he was helping us & another customer. Very happy with the service & knowledge of what we were lookimg for in a bed and mattress.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager Mike Watt at Mancini’s SleepWorld. Mike helped me select a Tempur‑Pedic ProAdapt mattress and took the time to clearly explain the pros and cons of each model so I could make an informed decision. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured to buy. Mike stepped away to give me plenty of time to try each mattress, while still checking in regularly to answer questions. Thanks to his guidance, I walked away with a great value and a mattress I’m excited about!
