Neal, the store manager was incredibly helpful by guiding me through the store, explaining the pros and cons of each mattress, help me decide on the best mattress for my needs. I was very happy with the shopping experience and I'm more excited for my new mattress to be delivered soon! Update: My new mattress was delivered and it's incredible. Delivery was seamless and the product is even better than I expected. Now all I want to do is sleep on my new bed!

"Quick and clean" is a phrase from my youth -- I'm 70 -- and Neal at Mancini's helped me in this way. Good guidance, no b'shi' and prices were reasonable. In and out in 30 min., only my AmEx knows the details.

I'm excited to say that Mancini's Sleepworld in Nob Hill delivers exceptionally in both cases. My partner and I recently made two trips to Mancini's. The first time we ordered a floor-model mattress, which we received the very next day. Initially we were hesitant to make this purchase since this was a pricier mattress than we were initially looking for, but Neal was able to help us by offering us a great deal. Unfortunately, this mattress turned out to be too firm for me. I had a prior sports injury to my back, and this led to back pain after laying down for a few hours. I reached out to Neal again and explained my situation. Although it was out-of-policy, he acknowledged my issue and offered to exchange the mattress as long as I paid the necessary restocking and delivery fees. We visited Mancini's a second time to try the replacement mattress, and we received it last night. Great customer service adds a layer of assurance to every purchasing decision. In this case, Neal from Mancini's went above and beyond to help my partner and I find the right mattress for us. And for that, Mancini's Sleepworld in Nob Hill has my highest recommendation for anyone looking to purchase a new mattress headache-free.

10/10 experience with Neal at Mancini’s. He was super helpful and patient as I navigated various mattresses (I came in multiple times to test until I found the one)!
