Mancini's Sleepworld Oakland

We had a great experience buying our new mattress thanks to Jackson! He walked us through all the options, patiently explained the differences, and never made us feel rushed. You can really tell he cares about his customers and wants them to make the right choice, not just any choice. We ended up finding the perfect mattress for us and even picked up pillows too! Highly recommend asking for Jackson if you’re shopping here. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. With this level of care, you really want to come back again!

We are deeply grateful for the support and guidance of Jackson in helping us find the right mattress for us! We truly appreciate how genuine, knowledgeable, and welcoming he was. He answered our questions thoughtfully and provided wonderful customer service. We can’t wait to receive our mattress soon!

Shout out to Jackson, who was extremely helpful. I bought my mattress about a month ago, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I shared what issues I was having with my current mattress and what I was trying to address, and Jackson was very informative. He gave me multiple options and was not at all pushy, and let me make the choice for myself. Buying a matress can be hard, and he made it really easy. Recommended!

It’s pretty early since I signed a contract less than an hour ago. I liked the young salesman who seemed good at directing me to the mattresses I was interested in. He researched my old mattress and described the technology involved in making it. He seemed to give me a discount on a used model and elderly bed adjustable type. I’m looking forward to the delivery and new mattress feel. Since Jackson didn’t want to wait one day for this customer to think too hard delivery was made today. Now I know what I got from the warehouse and it’s disappointing. This mattress is way too firm for my 73 yo bod. Additionally, the prices I’ve found are 100d below the discount Jackson quoted. Oh well. The adjustable frames are less than $500. I trusted the sales system and learned another lesson.

Jackson is brilliant, knowledgeable, kind, and generous. We so appreciate working with him and we highly recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress to come here. He didn't upsell us, and made sure our needs and questions were getting met and answered. I can't say enough good things about this place. It changed my view of mattress shopping ~ I had previously been deeply suspicious and weary that it was going to be like a car dealership. Far from it, and I attribute all of that to Jackson.
