We had a great experience with Sorosh at Mancini's. We also went to European Sleep Works (also great experience, but we learned we don't like latex), Mattress Firm (poor experience with annoying salesman), and visited Mancini's twice since we were torn between a couple of mattresses. Both times, Sorosh provided excellent service, giving information and suggestions but not pressuring us at all. When we were finally able to make a decision, he matched the discount available on the manufacturer's website, and then beat the price when I asked. We'll see what happens with delivery, but given that everything has been great so far, I feel confident we'll be taken care of.

I had purchased a Casper mattress in the past through Amazon, but this time I felt it was important to try several mattresses in person. Mancini’s Sleepworld on Ashby exceeded all my expectations. To be honest, I was expecting an experience similar to buying a car — but it was pleasantly the opposite 😅. On my first visit, Sorosh assisted me and took the time to clearly explain the differences between the mattress options, focusing on what would truly fit my needs rather than trying to upsell me. On my second visit, Jerry helped me narrow things down further. I tested probably 90% of the mattresses in the showroom and felt confident in my final decision. Since purchasing, my neck and back feel so much better. The showroom itself is very clean and spacious, and they also have a great selection of pillows. Delivery was smooth and on time. Jerry and his team go above and beyond - they offered us drinks and they even had snacks for my toddlers💛 Buying a mattress can be overwhelming, but Mancini’s made the process easy and stress-free. We’re very happy with our purchase and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality sleep products and excellent customer service.
