Great experience . So happy we stopped in at marked down furniture instead of the ridiculous overpriced other stores in the area. Our couch came exactly when mark said it would and it was even better in person . Also getting our bed sets from him for our new house. Highly recommend this store.

We ordered our bedroom set last year, the woman who helped us made the process simple and painless. We got our furniture set (5 pieces) within 6 months or so, but unfortunately one of the dressers got damaged in transit. We had to wait a few more months to get another one since the warehouse was out of stock (understandable that’s just kind of how things are right now) and they were SUPER attentive to giving us updates as they had them available. We got our new dresser delivered today and it’s perfect!

First of all, if you haven’t visited this place in your search of furniture, then you’re really doing yourself a disservice. I’m not going to knock any of the other furniture stores in the upstate (even though I could) but the ladies of Marked Down Furniture should win an award for the customer service you get when you sit down to pick out fabrics and settle on the furniture you’re getting. Did I mention their prices are also better than the stores around them? Ok, so the store is smaller than other places, if you know what you want, go in and see if they don’t beat the price for the same piece as the other stores. I also forgot to mention the store is run by a beautiful young woman who has other beauties working for her, nice touch! Seriously, I was greeted today on my pickup day by Mr and was treated as if I had just spent $10k and not the $500 I just did. This isn’t our first purchase and won’t be our last. We have told our friends also who did spend quite a few more thousands than we did, they are happy as well. Great job ladies!
