Rooms To Go

My husband was looking for a recliner, so we stopped by Rooms to Go. So glad we did. Richard, a salesman met us as we came in and ask if he could help. He took in my husband size 6’2 and took him to Shag recliner. He was very helpful showing us and going over everything. He had a sale. We bought.

Drew and Jonathon Scott Modular Sofa Mint The sofa color is actually not a true mint green but a gray green with a bluish tone that is absolutely stunning. Extra large sofa and extremely comfortable!! The store had an excellent selection although I had my eye on the sofa I purchased Service was great and my sales rep "Ally" was amazing!! Price was on point for what I was looking for and so far seems to be great quality! Delivery was quick and easy. Guys were on time, super friendly and professional! Great overall experience!!

Shopping for living room furniture and after looking at other stores, decided to check Rooms To Go. At my first visit, Noreen greeted me with a smile and showed me around while asking questions to understand my needs. Always polite and zero pressure to buy. I returned a week later and Noreen again patiently helped me narrow the choices, and complete my purchase. Compared to other stores, Rooms To Go seems to have good quality at reasonable prices. It’s my first experience with RTG and their furniture … time will tell about the quality. As for customer service - Noreen was a delight to work with.

Worked with Adam but the entire floor was so helpful!! Manager Paul came through to help us close on our mattress and bed frame combo — the entire team was so responsive and proactive to meeting our needs and knew exactly what to offer. Guaranteed to get you the best deal they can without any pressure for an upsell — just good, honest sales work. :) We’re excited to get our new bed in six days (!!!) and will definitely be coming back to furnish more of our home! If you’re on the fence, JUST GO!!!

I must say that shopping at RTG was a great experience. Zachary was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and patient. He greeted us as we came in and told us to go to the back of the store and he would meet us there . He was there before we were. He took his time explaining about a bed and mattress that I much needed. Zachary made our shopping trip so much easier and he gave us time to talk among ourselves about the beds. They had so many to choose from . It was a big decision!! Thanks to Zachary we got everything taken care of . A great place to shop !!
