Rare locally owned furniture store. Great store presentation and employees. We were between 2 recliners, one here and one at another store that was not available here. The staff was great, helpful but not pushy. The furniture is mid-cost, but good quality and the prices are very fair (I did my research). We ended up going with the other recliners (higher end) but I will definitely be back here in the future. We stopped by multiple times and dealt with different staff and they were all good and could answer all questions. Kudos to the owners for good employee training. Shout out to Zach and Charles ( I think I have the name correct) for great customer interaction.

This review is about 4 months late but non the less I need to share our experience at Marksons in Henrietta. We had the best experience here from the moment we walked in. We were kindly greeted and given direction on where to look for the sectionals. I believe the salesman name was Zachary. He gave us space and checked in with us from time to time…not rushing and not pushy at all. We found exactly what we were looking for! The most comfortable couch/sectional we’ve ever sat on. Dave, the manager, wrote up the order but more than that, he treated us like good friends. The conversation was wonderful and the process was so easy. It took about 4 weeks for the couch to come in. The customer service from the delivery people…PJ and Rob…was also amazing. They were so pleasant and helpful.
I highly recommend Marksons!! Go see them, you won’t be disappointed!

The staff at the Winton Plaza Markson’s were extremely helpful, non-pushy, & got me the Very Best deal on the Ashley Lindyn sofas compared to everywhere else even online & even compared to what Ashley store offered! Markson’s blew everywhere else out of the park! Delivery went very well & we are very much loving the new sofas! Thanks again so much for helping make our dream couches a reality for our family!

Marksons was very helpful and great to work with. One of the employees emailed me because I didn’t know I needed to purchase a boxspring and then made sure my mattress, bedroom set and boxspring were delivered together! Highly recommend!

To save money, I was going to order a couch from Amazon and then deal with the boxes and assembly myself. I wanted to see some couches in-person though and that is how I found Markson's Furniture.
Originally, I was not planning on buy anything and like I said I just wanted to see some pieces in-person. I was greeted by Brandon and he was great. I liked how he didn't immediately try to sell something to me. Instead, he said to take your time, look around, and that he'll check in with me in a bit if I'm still around. He even showed me pieces of paper that were on each couch showing different possible layouts and dimensions and said to take as many as I wanted. He also suggested I draw an outline in my apartment with blue tape and leave it for a few days to see how big a couch would be. Simple but great info for someone who had never bought a couch themselves, and even after I said I wasn't planning on buying anything.
I went back a few days later after checking their website and seeing a couch I wanted that I didn't try when I was there (one with a long "L" shape on one end). This time I was greeted by Charles who was also awesome, and Brandon again. I ordered around Black Friday 2025 so they had a promo going on for free delivery over a certain amount. I believe at that time I was told they normally charge ~$100 for delivery but that could have changed since then so don't quote me on that. Charles was the one who did all the computer work and ordered the couch for me. He was great about accommodating the fact that I was leaving for the holidays in a few weeks and put a note in the delivery about when I would be gone.
The couch came 2 days before I left. The delivery was done by, I believe, PJ and Mark (maybe Mike? Sorry it's been a few weeks). They were excellent both in communication and the actual delivery. They let me know early on when the couch would be delivered, the time frame, and what number delivery I was. They also called me when they were on their way and let me know when they should arrive. When they got here they inspected the delivery path and area and then told me what they were going to do. Flawless delivery, through 2 annoying doors, up 3 flights of stairs. Couch and cushions remained clean and off the ground until inside my apartment. My computer and desk have all the wires exposed and they didn't hit a single one. They were careful, but also quick for just two men. Picked up all the trash and waited for me to check the final product out before leaving. Definitely deserve a tip for their services.
