City Mattress

We bought our first mattress from Josh Falling at City Mattress in Pittsford back in 2018, and when it came time for a new one, we went straight back to him. He’s super helpful, transparent, and just an overall great guy to work with. It’s rare to find someone who makes the buying process this easy and straightforward. Highly recommend asking for Josh!

I bought a mattress from them online but there were problems with the order. I called customer service expecting a never-ending nightmare. Instead, all my problems were solved quickly and completely. Amazing! I spoke with rep David Boyers. He understood my somewhat complicated problems and moved right away to fix them. He was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. His listening and communication skills were top notch. Thank you, David. You made my day. Update: My mattress was received on time and delivered with care and professionalism. The whole experience could not have been better. I highly recommend CIty Mattress.

City Mattress was the first place I stopped for a new mattress. The store was bright, and quiet, with a relaxing atmosphere. I'm extremely happy I chose the Pittsford location, the showroom had a very nice selection of great mattresses for all price ranges. On top of all this, I was fortunate to have David Boyers as my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable, let me try every mattresses of interest, informed me about different materials, and quickly pointed me in the right direction...however my decision making wasn't so quick deciding between such great mattresses, but David was so extremely patient with me, and in the end helped me find what I was looking for at a great price! Thanks City Mattress and especially David, I look forward to getting my new bed soon and definitely recommend this store to anybody in the market for a new bed. I have never been inclined to leave a review before, but my experience here was so great, I felt I had to!
