Came in looking for a new couch. We close on our new home in 45 days. Salesman was showing us a few different things and asked if we’d like a quote, informed him that it’d be great to get a quote since we close in 45 days. He said “you’re not ready, thanks for coming in” and walked away. Other than that, the furniture is nice

Daniel helped us find our perfect couch and made it very easy and very clear of everything that was going on. He was very helpful with all the questions we had. He was very nice! We will come back and we will look for him when we go back for the kitchen table! Thank you Daniel!

Adam Miller was great. Down to earth, knowledgeable, pleasant, and not pushy. I told him the recliner I choose was just right for me: not too big, manual, very comfortable, and super price for the quality. I also appreciated the low delivery charge. I am very pleased and satisfied with the customer service. I worked with Rashid who demonstrated himself to be knowledgeable about the furniture and had a willingness to understand what I wanted. He was timely and makes himself available as quickly as possible. During my most recent visit, Rashid was inundated with customer needs and his manager recognized me as a client and came to support me until Rashid was available. It made me feel recognized and important. The quality of my selections is high and I am eagerly awaiting my next delivery.
