Great customer service! The best I’ve had in a long time. We found exactly what we were looking for. Catherine was a huge help. She showed me several different options and helped us decide on the dining table we selected. I definitely recommend!

I visited the Mathis Home store on memorial road in Oklahoma City. I was greeted by Jasmine. She was a delight and helped me with the rugs. I purchased one a few days later over the phone with her expertise. She was very informative and so nice and it was a joy to work with her. I highly recommend her for your furniture needs at Mathis Home.

I went into Mathis to look but left with new furniture. They have a great selection & had just what I wanted. My salesman, Kevin, was great! He gave me space to look yet was attentive at the same time. My new dining room set was delivered today & it is perfect! 😍

I went to buy a dining table, the salesman Kevin was very nice, but then the cashier Ariel. She was the most AGGRESSIVE unprofessional person I have dealt with. My partner is a Veteran and has fought for country. We were so flustered at the way she treated us. Businesses that probably great Customer Service is a must when buying anything. I am literally just out done.

Sold me an “electric couch and loveseat. I Begged for a manual one but they insisted this electric one is better. I might have had it a year now and one of them is stuck in the up position now. I have hated these thing almost immediately. They take like 20 seconds to recline and unrecline. Don’t let them upsell you on electric garbage that cost close to 5 grand. I have had recliners from big lots last longer and for only a couple hundred bucks After studying the recliner I was able to fix it. Still unhappy with how long they take to recline and sit back up though. But they do recline now.
