Sleep Number

Deborah Flynn offered wonderful suggestions to how we could continually enhance our satisfaction as Sleep Number Bed customers! While inquiring about purchasing another mattress protectors for our i8 Split King bed, which we bought 3 years earlier, she offered that we could check with Customer Care to inquire about the warranty we had on the protectors. As well, she answered questions about the previous purchase of our ComfortFit King curved pillows and whether we should upgrade them. We expected Deborah to ask how satisfied we were with our current pillows, and then offer to sell us new ones. However, her honest customer service reply was "food for thought." for us. If we were presently satisfied with the quality of sleep with the current pillows, it's probably because of the excellent materials used in their construction. It would be up to us to upgrade should our satisfaction decline. We liked her genuine thoughts and comments! Looking at the throws that were on sale, we selected one. Sleep Number has been in business many years, and has proved to us as consumers that we made the best, excellent investment for sleep comfort in our lives.

It was just me so I had the salesman ‘s complete attention. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. Jeff was friendly but very professional! It was a good experience. I can’t wait to get my sleep number bed in a few weeks!!

Lamar was great. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He did not have any high pressure sales tactics or any other stereotypical sales crap. He let the products do the work. Highly recommended.

Avoid these beds like the plague. The are just glorified air mattresses and once something goes bad, you’ll either have to deal with a sunken bed or shell out a ton money for repair. The warranty basically doesn’t exist on these things!!!!

Lamar helped us out and the process was very easy. I appreciated that he did not try to upell us. We are incredibly happy with our mattress, and the two gentlemen that got it set up were great too. We got the C1 King mattress and it was under $2000. I was so surprised it was about the same price as our other "fancy" mattress. I wish I had bought my sleep number sooner. Its so comfy!
