Mathis Sleep

Never buy from Mathis! We have spend almost $13,000 dollars with them in the last few months, including a $6500 bed we cannot even use. We tried to return it immediately upon seeing that it is 38inches off the ground. That is over 13inches over the average bed height, but they refuse to take it back claiming that the bases are non-refundable even the same day. We have to literally hop up into the bed, and we both have bad backs, which is why we went there to invest in a nice mattress in the first place. The mattress itself is also too hard, but they say we must take over a $1000 loss on it if we get the softer version because it is $3700, the mattress we bought was $4900, and they only refund 10% of the difference. We even paid an additional $250 for their bed protector so we could have the option to return it if it was too hard. Our concerns about height and firmness were both expressed to Mathis, and not once was it mentioned that we would not be able to return it. Instead, we were upsold on the protector so we could return it. We will never be returning to this crooked business establishment, and I can guarantee none of our friends or family will after I post this on social media. I highly recommend everyone else to stay away from them as well. If you do, you better make good and sure that you like what you are getting because you're stuck with it, or stuck taking losses. Shame on this store.

Our sales associate (Josh) was super good. Very knowledgeable about all the products, sleep issues/positions as well as being very attentive to our needs. Josh asked a ton of questions before he recommended any thing, so he could fix our sleep issues. We weren’t looking forward to shopping for a mattress but Josh made it very well worth it!!

Excellent store! We checked out Mathis Sleep store for a mattress a couple of months ago. We met with a gentleman named Josh, he treated us very nicely. We asked him a lot of questions and he answered them all patiently along with showing us various different mattresses at their store. We ended up purchasing our mattress from Mathis Sleep. The mattress purchasing process went very well and smooth. I am very happy and satisfied with Mathis Sleep store and strongly recommend them to everyone.

How many times do I have call BBB for charging my credit card for $139 to be a rewards member? I do not! 2 yrs they've done this. Reimburse this now ! But furniture great. Just don't take money without asking or I'll have to contact BBB again tomarrow.

Josh was helpful and they have a great selection. Was shocked that he remembered my first name since my last purchase was over 3 years ago!!!
