UPDATE We just left the Mathis sleep center on 71st and 169 in Tulsa Oklahoma had a bed we bought a couple years ago Temper pro what they told us was one of the best ones they had started a feeling less than a year went round and round with them finally got them to take care of it. Go in there with all the warranty paper and come to find out Mathis Brothers charges a 10% restocking fee on the warranty used mattress to return it so you can get the other one then they charge you a delivery fee also and you’re not allowed to return your mattress or pick a new one up if you’re going to use the warranty so when it all said and done a warranty for a mattress that started failing less than a year was gonna cost us easily over $1000 thanks to the warranty we also have the extended warranty and it says nothing about 10% on the paper that we’re supposed to give them they do want to charge delivery and pick up of their failed mattress stay tuned people because after talking to the manager, we will be contacting the news and legal OK, update after talking to multiple people everybody practically has a different variation of this so I’m waiting for the phone call from Oklahoma City that they recorded so we can proceed Will keep everyone informed definitely if you purchased anything from Mathis Brothers make sure you record everything. Their employees say. Because this is the third time in seven years, we’ve had warranty issues to where what Policy says and Employees say about the policy and what is on the receipt and what they email you and tell you in the end is completely different we are waiting for the transcribed copy and their copy of the recording phone call to show the The different policies and stories We’ll see if they’ll actually produce them without actually having to get legal involved if they are correct with what they’re saying they will have no problem producing them

We needed a new mattress and went to Mathis Brothers Sleep to try various beds. Our sales guy Shannon was knowledgeable and professional and spent a couple hours with us to help us find the bed that best fit our needs. We had gone one other place but purchased from Shannon.
