Sleep Number

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. We had done the quiz online and knew what we wanted to purchase. George our salesman greeted when we walked in, we showed him what we were looking for and he immediately showed us what we wanted. The only change he suggested was going to a split king since we wanted to be able to raise our heads If needed. There wasn’t any push or upsell. Just respectful helpful knowledgeable service. We are very happy with our experience

We had an outstanding experience at the Tulsa Hills Sleep Number store, all thanks to Nicole! From the moment we walked in, she made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. She really took the time to understand what we needed and guided us through all the features without ever making us feel overwhelmed. Sleep Number beds have a ton of options, but Nicole broke everything down in a way that actually made sense. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit—not just making a sale. Because of her, we felt confident making our decision and ended up going with the i8 paired with the Flex 2 frame—and we couldn’t be happier! Nicole, you made what could have been a complicated decision feel simple and even fun. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I recently purchased a sleep number mattress from the Tulsa Hills location. My SN expert was George. George was super knowledgeable in the product and very patient ! I didn’t feel “pushed” into any certain mattress and in fact I did provide him a budget that he worked with. I liked the technology that shows you pressure points and how they can be positively impacted when finding the right sleep number. My mother has referred three people and has received some nice reward points that enabled her to purchase some of their bedding.

The staff at this store is excellent. They are very helpful, explaining the options and answering questions. They are proactive in reviewing the smart bed features and solving delivery issues. Overall a very positive customer experience. Thanks! Delivery team and setup service have room for improved.

George was a delight, extremely knowledgeable, and hands down deserves a raise and promotion. My husband would highly recommend going to see George. We've told alot of family and friends how easy and unbelievably great it was shopping for my new mattress.
