Mathis Sleep

We had looked at the mattress we purchased over a year ago and it just cost too much money, we got the same mattress for less than half the original price. We are very pleased with the purchase. Since this is our first memory foam high end mattress, I joined the 365 dream program incase we don’t like sleeping on it, we can swap it out in 30 days. The transaction was pretty fast, we already knew what we wanted. The price was much better than we expected. We are happy customers

We just purchased a new mattress, I confirmed with the salesman that I will NOT be home for delivery & I DO NOT want my old mattress to be pick up. The salesman’s asking me to signed the agreement NOT to pick up. I come home & the old mattress was gone, I went back the SAME DAY asking to have my old mattress back. The salesman keep telling me that the manager will contact, after a weeks later, the manager finally call me back & blame it that because by husband told them to pick up the mattress, so I’m asking him “what’s the points for me to sign that paper NOT pick up the old mattress?”, he’s saying “I don’t know & NOTHING he can DO! The manager SUPER RUDE & the customer service he provide are UNACCEPTABLE! If you can’t DO YOUR JOB RIGHTS & DON’T waste others people TIME & MONEY!

My husband and I shopped at the Sleep Center at 91st and Yale and are so glad we did. Christine Woessner was our sleep consultant. She was terrific. We spent a couple of hours discussing our needs and trying the mattresses. She was patient and helpful, listened to our feedback, answered all of our questions and walked through all options and the considerable selections offered in the showroom. This was so important because a new mattress is a big commitment. Christine understood the pluses of any of mattresses from traditional to hybrid as well as the warranties for them to help guide us to the one that would best meet our needs. She made the purchase easy and straightforward. Both my husband and I highly recommend this Sleep Center and be sure to ask for Christine. She is terrific at her job and will help you navigate the entire process with ease.
