I found "Mattress by Appointment" on line. I visited the company the next day looking for a reasonably priced mattress and box spring. I wanted an old fashioned mattress that could be flipped. Prior to my visit I had done research on purchasing a mattress for over weight people and it stated the mattress should be between 12 and 16 inches in depth to support extra weight. They didn't have many of that style but John, their salesman, found one. I liked the mattress and the price which was very reasonable. I also liked John an interesting young man who was full of information. I purchased the mattress, box spring and frame and he promised it would be delivered within two days. The next morning I received a call from John to arrange delivery. He personally delivered and set it up. My husband and I, who are seniors, slept on it that night. The bed was very comfortable. I am very satisfied!!!. They had many high end named brand mattresses but I liked the fact that John listened to my needs and steered me towards the mattresses within my price range. No hard sell. I would highly recommend this company.
