View on GoogleI brought two mattress set from Tricia at Mattress By Appointment yesterday.. The customer services I got from Miss Kim was awesome. Her knowledge about the products was amazing. She was very nice and pleasant. She is what great customer services is all about. The set I purchased slept wonderful. The best night of sleep I’ve had in a min. My sister said she slept well also. Thank you Miss Kim and Tricia. Well most definitely recommend the company.

Matthew was not only helpful but genuinely concerned and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process of choosing my new king-size bed. View on GoogleNeeded a mattress, called Tricia the owner to set up my appointment. Sweet lady. Appointment confirmed with no issues! Drove 20 minutes to the application went through one of the many flexible payment options. We had a hick-up on the loan provider's side, which led us to leave without a mattress until MBA had regained access to the loan application we chose. Ms. Kim called us multiple times with updates AND even stayed later to make sure we left with the mattress we wanted. Nothing like an honest company with very understanding ladies! 10/10 recommend!!

We saw an ad for Mattress By Appointment and came in to find a great store and got a mattress with double the warranty at half the price. We love our new bed. It was nice dealing with a local family business. I know these guys stand behind what they sell. Highly recommended.
