Mancini's Sleepworld San Rafael

I have waited a couple of days to share this review in order to get a couple of nights sleep on the new adjustable bed and Nectar mattress. First my extreme compliment for the superb support that Raylijah (Ray) Writt-Baker provided. I care for 2 adults with disabilities and my time was limited but he was very efficient in demonstrating the benefits of the various options. Due to scheduling demands, I had to leave the store though Ray accommodated my phone order a few hours later and arranged for a delivery 36 hours later. You do not get better customer service than that. Thank you Ray and thank you Mancini’s. While attending to me Ray was also serving 3 other customers. Finally my hats off to the father and son delivery team. They also did a great job. They removed my futon and frame and set up the new bed in less than an hour. I will referring everyone to Mancini’s and Ray. Thank You Terry.

We went to Mancini’s to checkout a mattress we were planning on buying online. Raj helped us explore that mattress and others. He was knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. I knew we’d like to buy from him if we could. We came back 2 more times and ended up buying a better mattress for us and supporting a local business. I feel really good about doing business with them.

Raj at Mancini Sleepworld was pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He showed us several options to choose. He gave us plenty of time to try different beds, explained the differences between the models and how they work, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. He was also able to schedule delivery for the very next day, which was a huge plus.Great customer service overall!

I'm offering this review before receiving the mattress but the sales part was just outstanding. Raj Singh knew the inventory, helped me discern among a few possibilities, he listened well, wasn't high pressure, and offered a terrific deal along with the holiday sale--I feel like I'm getting a super product (I'm familiar with the brand) and a great deal. Highly recommend this store.

We ordered a bed on the phone for an elder in our care and we were helped with every detail. I felt the gentleman helping us went out of his way to get us the delivery date we needed. Many thanks!
