Mattress Depot USA

Great experience at this Bel-Red/Overlake location! I was a little nervous at first, but Vernon's personable, positive attitude put me at ease immediately. I walked with an expectation on price and quality, but Vernon turned that on it's head. He showed me other options for mattresses and foundations that I felt were better suited to me, and it ended up saving me money! I will definitely be returning for my next mattress purchase!

Vernon is 'THE MAN'. absolutely knowledgeable, extremely professional and just knows what he's talking about. Also a super cool dude. I'd recommend him to anyone that's looking for any mattress and is at any stage in the shopping journey...... Updating my review to reflect a review on the company and not Vernon. The company is not authorized to sell Sealy and they do sell them and will not warranty them. Just beware

Jeremy was very attentive and patient with us while searching for the right bed. My friend was having severe back pain from an old mattress and she needed a new bed ASAP. He showed her 3-4 different beds and encouraged her to spent time laying on them. Then offered another pillow to try which she LOVED and got that too. Everything was easy and did the 100-day pay off deal. Very happy with his service and patience. Looking forward to having the bed delivered soon.

Vernan at the Bellevue store is amazing! We visited 5 different Mattress Firm and depot stores and this one was by far the best experience. He gave us detailed info and patiently answered all our questions. No pushy sales tactics like the other stores - which was super refreshing. He even helped us out with the New Year's discounted price list without us having to ask. The guy literally called 4 different stores and the manager just to get us the best possible deal and delivery. That's some serious dedication right there. Kudos! If you're looking for a mattress in Bellevue, definitely visit this store and ask for Vernan. Superb individual, highly recommend!

My husband and I were feeling very overwhelmed with the prospect of choosing the right mattress and base. Vernon took great care of us, listened to all our needs and was very knowledgeable and patient, helping us pick the right setup for us. Would 100% recommend, this is the only mattress shop I will go to from now on.
