Mattress Firm FEDERAL WAY CROSSING

Judith was absolutely great! She is very knowledgeable, personable and answered all of our questions. She was not pushy at all. Initially we were looking to replace our 14 yr old Serta icomfort mattress that we had bought from here but they no longer carry that brand. So Judith suggested we look at the Tempur-Pedic line that was too hot back when bought our Serta. The Serta was our gold standard for comfort. Well we found the newer Tempur-ProAdapt met our gold standard for comfort. Judith suggested we try out the Tempur-Ego Prosmart adjustable Base with lumbar adjust. Well that was a winner! Along with sales they had we could not say no. Judith gave us the time alone to try any mattress they had on display with no pushy sales pitches. This was probably the best mattress buying experience anyone could ask for. If Judith gets a chance to read this I and my wife Thank You so much for a good experience. I would recommend Judith to be your sales person to anyone.

Judith was amazing helping us get our bedding she really went above and beyond. Great customer service. I love our bed with the base and pillows. She really loves her job and is so knowledgeable. The bedding was also great pricing.

I really enjoyed working with Judith at the Federal Way Crossing Mattress Firm. Even though I wasn’t ready to actually purchase the mattress she spent a lot of time explaining and demonstrating the different products. When I was ready I called to make sure she would be working that day to ensure that I could work with her again. I again received exceptional service. The process was easy and I feel I got a good price and the right mattress and base for my needs. Thank you Judith!

I’m not sure if I can say names , but Judy at Mattress Firm at Federal Way Crossing store is THE BEST!! She is highly knowledgeable about the technical aspects of mattresses. She is very skilled at trying to make sure her customers are finding the “right fit” in a mattress that meets their specific needs. It is amazing how she really listens to what her customers are saying and what they need and want. She went out of her way to help me - not only the “perfect fit but searched other stores and the warehouse to find my chosen mattress. She is a pro! And a great person!!

Shopping for a mattress usually isn't my idea of fun, but our salesman Brandon was such a joy. Super helpful, very friendly and we were in and out in a jiffy. Our teenage daughter needed a mattress ASAP and from the time we left home, to the time we returned, it was an hour. I'll definitely be going back to replace our mattress soon. Oh, I also left my cell phone there, he was able to look in our past purchases and found my husband's phone number. You know, problem solving seems to be alive and well. Way to go Brandon, that was totally a test 😂 I should mention, our daughter LOVED her new mattress!
