Mattress Firm Puyallup

We were very pleased with the knowledge and service provided to us by Deven. He explained the health benefits of getting an adjustable bed that can raise your head and feet, have a Lombard feature and massage. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We came in looking for three beds and he found different ones that fit our specific wants. Deven spent over an hour with us having us lay on different beds and find the perfect pillows. When it was time to order, Deven spent time going through the process. Colin, also was helpful with questions we had. He told us about caster cups to put on the bed posts to protect the floor from scratching. Getting a 72 month 0% financing plan was wonderful! We were very pleased with the buying experience and we look forward to getting our new beds and getting restful sleep. Thank you for your expertise and help.

We had a wonderful experience shopping for a mattress thanks to Colin. From the moment we walked in, he was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and explained the differences between the various mattress options in a way that made the decision easy. Colin's professionalism and genuine focus on helping us find the right mattress—not just making a sale—really stood out. His expertise and friendly approach made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about providing great customer service, we highly recommend asking for Colin. He made the experience outstanding from start to finish.

Austin and Colin were amazing and incredibly helpful! Austin made sure we found exactly what we needed and helped get everything set up for delivery. The entire shopping experience was smooth, easy, and stress-free. We really appreciated the great customer service! & thanks for being great to our kids! It’s always a plus when the children are included.

Rick was amazing and so helpful! REALLY knowledgeable about the differences in mattresses and what works best for us. No pressure at all. Worked with my budget and we got our dream bed and adjustable base. Thank you so much. Highly recommend Rick!

Awesome visit to buy a full size mattress from the company we trust. Colin showed us exactly the model we thought we needed but helped us choose a better suited less expensive brand based on our buying history. He really knew his stuff.
