Went in today with my husband. We honestly just went in to try out beds. We weren't planning on purchasing today. We've never bought a mattress outside of like a Costco like setting. Bed in a box from amazon... so we weren't exactly sure what we wanted. Was recommended to go here... so we decided to go in to window shop. Was really worried about pushy sellsmen, as I had tried looking before at the fair but was met with pushy sellsmen. So became very uninterested very quickly. Anyways, went into the store. Salesmen Mike approached asked a few questions. We answered and my husband made it clear in the nicest way that we just wanted to browse and if we had any questions we'd let him know. And Mike let us do our thing. After browsing maybe 10 different mattresses, maybe 20 minutes, Mike quietly made his way back over to touch base with us. We shared what we liked, what we didn't. He then told us more about the mattress we showed the most interest in. The base, the different base options, about mattress covers, sheets, pillows and then went into all the different features of the bed/base we ended up picking. I have to say, Mike was great. He answered every question, addressed every concern and wowed us with what the combo we picked offered. I was highly impressed with his professionalism and willingness to be so helpful. We chose to finance our bed, and the process to do so was easy and quick. I highly recommend you check out this location and work with Mike he was great. :) Our bed comes on Tuesday. Cannot wait to get it... I'm so excited to sleep better. We ended up picking the Purple Rejuvenation Royale Crown, paired with the Tempurpedic Prosmart base. :) Hope its exactly what we need to sleep better. Thanks again Mike. :)

Thomas (our salesperson) was patient and very informative. His ability to make us feel comfortable, while laying down over and over on different beds, was refreshing. He helped us make our final decision, which was a good one, and facilitated our delivery. Over a week in and we haven’t slept better.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one felt earned.
I was looking for a mattress through Mattress Firm after a frustrating experience with a Sleep Number bed I had spent nearly $4,000 on. It ended up being far more dependent on Wi-Fi than I expected, and after a month of poor sleep, I knew I needed something simpler and more reliable.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Kumar, and the experience felt completely different from what I’ve come to expect with sales interactions. He didn’t come across as a salesperson at all — it felt like a genuine human conversation. He listened, answered every question I had without rushing, and helped me think through what would actually work for my body rather than pushing a product.
He was knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly easy to talk to. Most importantly, he felt honest. There was no pressure, just clear guidance and real care for making sure I ended up with something that made sense for me.
I walked away feeling confident in my decision and honestly relieved. My new mattress is on the way, and for the first time in a while, I’m actually excited about getting good sleep again.
Kumar made what could have been another frustrating process feel smooth and grounded. Really impressed with the level of efficiency and customer-centered service.

We came into Mattress Firm yesterday and were greeted by Narhi. Told him what we wanted and he showed us different mattresses to try,was very professional and knowledgeable. We left the store happy with our purchase. Our mattress and adjustable base were delivered by the S & Brothers at the time promised and the delivery was fast,professional and they were respectful to our home. We will definitely tell people the great service we received from both the sales and delivery. Thankyou

Our experience was fantastic. Mike is our guy! Very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We had a warranty claim and it went without a hitch and we upgraded to a fantastic mattress and fully mobile bed base and we are sleeping like champs. Will keep buying from Mike at Mattress Firm!
