Sleep Number

I waited to make a review so I would know more about our new bed. We purchased our bed in Puyallup’s SouthHill store. Our salesman Mike was very knowledgeable. We picked the 360 bed because it allows you to cool or heat the bed. The bed is very comfortable. I’ve tried higher sleep numbers and lower to find what I like best. I found I like high and low settings depending on how I feel. It’s great to be able to adjust to the right comfort level. Thanks Sleep Number and our salesman Mike for all the help. I went to the store unsure of spending so much money on a bed. However, when our salesman, Jonathan, was able to find a setting that stopped my husband's back pain, I knew it would be worth it. Jonathan was very informative and helped us find a bed that would help my husband, but also fit our budget. He explained everything and was friendly, patient and knowledgeable with our questions.

Went into the store with my husband. We were looking for a new pillows and possibly a new bed. Spent 30 min laying on all the different pillows and found the one we wanted. They didn’t have it in stock. He told us it would be 2 days to ship it to us. We paid over $300 for two pillows and next day received an email stating 7-14 days for delivery. Quite annoying but fine. The pillows show up and they are not even the pillows we ordered. Check your receipts and your order number and compare it to on line before you pay because their staff obviously does not pay attention and/or care. I have called four times this week and no one answers the phone or returns the phone call message. Makes me wonder if they can’t get two pillows correctly ordered for me, how are they going to do with a $18k bed. We will definitely head somewhere else after we return these pillows.

Michael was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried out three different types of beds. I found the perfect fit for me and I appreciate him giving me all the inside information on the mattress that I chose! Also, he set me up with the delivery date that was closer in because he checked the logs and found a cancellation which allowed me to get my mattress sooner! Excellent service!
