I purchased a new mattress and adjustable mattress frame from this Mattress Firm location last January to replace an old, unusable bed and frame. So far, total satisfaction with the new bed, and I've no doubt that it will continue this way for me. My salesperson Sölvi was instrumental in making this happen. I never felt pressured or rushed by him into making a decision. He would patiently listen to everything I had to stutter out before proceeding to give real, thoughtful answers to my questions, politely, enabling me to choose of my own accord. I was very pleased with the service I got from Sölvi. One piece of advice, though: The delivery crew was able to haul away the old mattress, but not its frame because the frame was of a kind of plastic material they didn't have the means to dispose of. So, if counting on Mattress Firm to take away an old mattress frame, I recommend letting them know what the material of that frame is to avoid surprises. The pictures show the bed on the day of its delivery.
View on GoogleWe visited Mattress Firm Bothell Canyon Park with zero knowledge about what we needed, and Brendan made the entire process incredibly pleasant and stress-free. He patiently guided us through testing different firmness levels to find what felt right, then recommended several great options based on our preferences. We ended up trying over 10 mattresses in the showroom and ultimately chose a Tempur-Pedic. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the whole experience—from walking in clueless to sleeping soundly—was fantastic. Highly recommend working with Brendan and this location!

View on GoogleQuinn was very concerned about our needs. She was knowledgeable of the types of mattresses that were on display. We tried out several. She found the one we liked. The Memorial day sale made it economical for us!
