Mattress Direct - Bluebonnet

Went in looking for a new mattress to help alleviate our back and hip pain as we slept. Charlotte promptly greeted us, listened to our concerns, and encouraged us to try the mattresses she felt would best meet our needs, testing them out and comparing them for as long as we wanted…no rush. She recommended several mattress in differing price ranges, as well as, answered our questions, explained the trial periods, and was genuinely kind, very knowledgeable, and so pleasant as she helped us! We were somewhat dreading mattress shopping, but had a fantastic experience, and the second mattress we laid on was perfect for our needs! Thank you Charlotte and Mattress Direct. This is our second purchase from your store, and it won’t be our last.

I had purchased a mattress for an AirBNB from this store six years ago. I was delighted to see Tim was still there. He is so knowledgeable, not pushy, showed me all the options and let me choose what was best for me! I will be back if I need another mattress. I will also recommend this place. Thank you for employing such great people. The man deserves a raise.

Tim was an experienced sales person who was able to answer all of our questions. The showroom had plenty of options and the process was quick and easy.

We needed new pillows and we had great success with Mattress Direct in the past so we went to the Bluebonnet location. Tim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly! Can’t wait to go buy another mattress hopefully this week- they have an amazing selection of mattresses, pillows, sheets and more, I’m sure, but just haven’t needed or seen it yet!!! And the pillows we got made a WORLD of difference and are AMAZING!
