Exceptional Service with KENNY.. From the moment I walked into Mattress Direct, Kenny greeted me warmly, introduced himself, and asked thoughtful questions about my sleep habits and budget. He then showed me several mattress options tailored to my needs and clearly explained each one’s features — including foam density, firmness levels, and the manufacturer’s trial period and warranty. My experience was professional, informative, and genuinely customer-focused. Kenny’s product knowledge was exceptional, and the entire process reflected true professionalism and integrity. If you’re looking for expert guidance and outstanding customer care when shopping for a mattress, ask for Kenny at Mattress Direct — I highly recommend him!

View on GoogleThis was my first time purchasing from Mattress Direct. I was actually purchasing for my 80+ year old in-laws. Sales rep Kenneth New was extremely helpful, knowledgeably, and patient. This was my best experience buying a mattress and will make this my first stop in the future.
