Buying our mattress was such an easy and stress-free experience. The AI technology made it incredibly simple to narrow down the right options based on our needs, which saved so much time. Paul, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He answered all of our questions and guided us without any pressure at all, which we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth, modern, and enjoyable buying experience. Highly recommend!

Overall, a great purchase experience. Began with an AI driven sleep quality/personal needs bed match process (5 minutes). Then Paul (salesman) showed me beds that matched my profile. The first one wound up being my preference (Kingstown Alys Medium, and I bought it). Paul let me feel each one (laying on as much as I wanted) and was available to answer questions and dialog about my concerns. He interjected reasons to buy there, sharing many things that matter to the owner (like customer satisfaction and outstanding products that customers resonate with). Mattress Direct Covington, LA was not my first choice of bedding stores, but they impressed me with sincerity and products that demonstrate themselves to each customer’s need. I am well pleased with the purchase experience. Thanks :o)

I can’t say enough about the lady that helped me. Sophia went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. She was prompt, polite, and very professional. I highly recommend the Covington location and will be contacting her for a mattress in the near future!

I was dreading shopping for a new mattress because I’m not a fan of a sales environment. This experience was exactly the opposite of that. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold”. Charles listened to what we wanted , showed us our options, and let us decide on what mattress we wanted and didn’t push us to spend anymore than we were comfortable with. The technology of the machine that figures out your needs was pretty cool and spot on!
