I can’t say enough about the 2 ladies that helped me with my mattress return. Shawanda and Sophia went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me resolve the issue. They were both prompt, informative, and very professional. I highly recommend both this location and the Covington location ! I will be contacting either for a mattress in the near future.
View on GoogleDamian at Mattress Direct is AMAZING!!!! I visited this location with a friend to help them purchase a mattress for their new home and I was so (unexpectedly) thrilled with our whole experience. Damian was patient, friendly, and warm, and we never felt rushed or pressured at ALL. He guided us expertly around the showroom and helped us discern between all of the different styles and options, while keeping my friend’s budget a priority. I was dreading this shopping trip because I expected pressured sales tactics, which is stressful, but this was a **breeze and a sincere pleasure**. Mattress Direct, y’all have a REAL asset in Damian! You better treat him right! Y’all, if you need a mattress please stop by and see if Damian can help you! I would absolutely return here and to him without hesitation before going anywhere else. Thank you!!!!!

View on GoogleI was met there by Kevin when looking for a new mattress. I eventually purchased a Beauty Rest Black hybrid series 2 firm and had it delivered. After trying it for the first 45 day trial period, I found it to be more firm than I expected. I went back and spoke with Kevin, who was extremely helpful in working with me to do an exchange. Kevin made it easy, with no high pressure to keep the first one. I highly recommend this store, and Kevin in particular when shopping for your new mattress.
