Walked in and first impressions, the store is very clean and they have a great amount of mattresses. In a glad I shopped here. Ms. Suzanne, the manager on duty was delightful and very knowledgeable. I went in looking for a specific product and I had a budget and she helped me not only find it but understand the financing process and the longevity of some of the products here. Very happy with my choice, I can’t wait to get my mattress and start sleeping on it!!
View on GoogleSuzanne gave us excellent advice and service. She is so knowledgeable about the store’s inventory and was patient and kind in teaching us about today’s mattresses. Thoroughly pleased, I recommend the store; you’ll be in good hands with Suzanne and her staff.
View on GoogleThanks for all your help.. Their prices are better then those furniture stores.. Second mattress I purchased from these guys and/or girls.. Lol.. And as you can see, Chloe loves her new mattress.. Good customer service..
View on GoogleWas sold a Purple Mattress for a stupid amount of money. 1.5 years later it's giving me and wife back pain with sink spots. This is a known issue with Purple and we should have been informed of this. Their warranty claim has such BS standards (set by Purple) that they know they'll never have to honor it. I feel deceived by both Purple and Mattress Firm. Stop selling Purple products.
