Zack was very knowledgeable, patient and informative throughout our shopping. He explained so much in detail, (when did choosing a bed become so difficult?) we actually learned a thing or two. We made a purchase that we are very happy and confident with. Zack set up and delivered the product as promised on time. Their set up went quickly and their clean up was impeccable. He guided me through the remote and explained the possibility to reset if power goes out, then left his number and asked to us to reach out to him if we had any issues or questions. My husband and I are old school, we do business on a hand shake, appreciate manners and expect a quality job for a reasonable price, nothing more and nothing less. We researched top rated mattresses and Mattress Factory Direct had brands that other chain mattress companies did not. Prices were reasonable, and they honored sale pricing to us for a mattress that had sold out at the sale. Owners Bill and Zack could not have been more accommodating, professional or friendly. They were flexible with the delivery date and installation was done in a flash.

In the end: Terrific price on the exact mattress we wanted and the delivery went flawlessly. Zackery and Robert were in and out in WAY less than an hour and even took our old mattresses away for us. View on GoogleWe purchased a Winkbed Luxury Firm mattress from them during the Memorial Day sale. We also got the adjustable base to go with it. They delivered it, set it all up, took away the old mattress and even helped us carry another mattress to a different bedroom. Excellent pricing and excellent service. Would recommend! They have excellent mattresses to choose from.
