Mattress Factory Direct Cleveland

Zack was very knowledgeable, patient and informative throughout our shopping. He explained so much in detail, (when did choosing a bed become so difficult?) we actually learned a thing or two. We made a purchase that we are very happy and confident with. Zack set up and delivered the product as promised on time. Their set up went quickly and their clean up was impeccable. He guided me through the remote and explained the possibility to reset if power goes out, then left his number and asked to us to reach out to him if we had any issues or questions. My husband and I are old school, we do business on a hand shake, appreciate manners and expect a quality job for a reasonable price, nothing more and nothing less. This young man was a pleasure to do business with. We would recommend his business: Mattress Factory Direct Cleveland to anyone in the market for bedding. Zack will be there to guide you through the proses and offer you a great product for a reasonable price. Thank you for a great deal and wonderful shopping experience !

I would like to recommend Mattress Factory Direct to anyone near Cleveland for a down home family experience for those wanting a quality mattress. We researched top rated mattresses and Mattress Factory Direct had brands that other chain mattress companies did not. Prices were reasonable, and they honored sale pricing to us for a mattress that had sold out at the sale. Owners Bill and Zack could not have been more accommodating, professional or friendly. They were flexible with the delivery date and installation was done in a flash.

The sales process was low-pressure and educational. Zackery was focused on getting us the perfect night’s sleep. In the end: Terrific price on the exact mattress we wanted and the delivery went flawlessly. Zackery and Robert were in and out in WAY less than an hour and even took our old mattresses away for us. I could not be happier and will definitely come back in the future.

Zachery was very professional. Good handshake clean store. He was friendly and patient with any of my questions about the different mattresses. He also treated my 12 year old, looking for his bed, kindly and was very patient with him as well. He has better than fair prices and new in package products. I will be purchasing again from this establishment in the future.

We purchased a Winkbed Luxury Firm mattress from them during the Memorial Day sale. We also got the adjustable base to go with it. They delivered it, set it all up, took away the old mattress and even helped us carry another mattress to a different bedroom. Excellent pricing and excellent service. Would recommend! They have excellent mattresses to choose from.
