We recently had the pleasure of shopping at Mattress Firm, and we must commend the exceptional service provided by our sales representative, Marsha. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. Marsha's extensive knowledge of the various mattress options available was impressive, and she guided us through the selection process with patience and expertise. Her recommendations were tailored specifically to our comfort requirements, making it easy for us to find the perfect mattress. We left the store feeling confident in our purchase and truly satisfied with the level of service we received. Marsha's dedication to ensuring a positive shopping experience was evident, and we are eager to recommend Mattress Firm to our friends and colleagues. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Marsha, for your exceptional service!

We saw that Mattress firm was having a 72 hour and needed a bed for our guest room. We met a super friendly sales woman Marsha. We showed her the one online and she got it out for us to try. It was nice but she said she had 2 other options in that same price range. The memory foam was too soft. The traditional was just a little too firm. We tried the hybrid and it was the goldilocks one, just right. Marsha was very low pressure and asked questions for things like do you want and adjustable base or fo you need box spring. We went with box spring. Reviewed the options and checked out. Marsha was awesome. She was friendly, funny and really helpful. Highly recommend working with Marsha and buying from Mattress Firm.

I went into Mattress Firm to look for two mattresses and just as I had tried two I liked ( one firm and one med) Joshua came up to assist me. He was very pleasant and professional. He was able to accommodate me with what I needed at a price I don’t believe I could have gotten anywhere else. I’m looking forward to the delivery of my mattresses in a little over a week. I was very happy with the service I received and will highly recommend Mattress Firm to my friends.

Joshua was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and treated both me and my family with kindness and respect. He made everything easy to understand and ensured we felt comfortable every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for better service and would highly recommend him to others.

Josh did an excellent job! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses. He greeted us at the door and answered all of our questions. He allowed us to try out several different mattresses and very prompt in completing the sale. Thank you!!
