Steve Haley at the Cleveland, TN location was fantastic to work with. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer questions thoroughly and clearly knew what he was talking about. What stood out most was the complete lack of sales pressure — just honest information and great customer service. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who truly cares about helping people instead of pushing a sale. Highly recommend working with Steve.
View on GoogleMy wife and I went to five different mattress stores in Cleveland. We came back to this one because we really liked Steve. He was very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. He listened to us and guided us to the types of beds he thought would be best for us. If you are in need of a new mattress, go see Steve. He was great!
View on GoogleWe had a great experience! This is our third time buying from MurMaid and we have been so impressed by the service and by the products. Highly recommend! Shop local!
View on GoogleSteve was a pleasure to work with! No pressure at all. He was very helpful and patient with us. We absolutely love our LK 200 Mermaid Mattress. It is just perfect! The right amount of firm but still so soft and comfortable! We can't wait to get into bed every night! We love that it was made in Tennessee too!
