Walked in to look for a new Cal King Mattress - current mattress is an over 10 year old Beautyrest. Fully expected to spend $5-6k with high pressure sales and time. Richard greeted me right away and was extremely helpful walking me through the different options based on my requests. I ended up spending 1/2 what I expected, am very pleased with the selection and with the warranty should we not be happy with the purchase. Sale was not high pressure and Richard was a pleasure to work with. The prices were great - better than the local furniture store near me and with no delivery fee or haul-away fee it was a no brainer. Would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new mattress.
