Samantha is amazing. She was polite, patient, and gave various student observations regarding my body position and needs on a mattress. She took her time with discussing features of different mattresses, and the adjustable bases. I specifically went back to her to finalize my plans to purchase my mattress. Although it was expensive (not her fault) it was a very good choice. And I even received it the next day. Last night sleep was amazing!

This is the second purchase I’ve made recently at Mattress Firm and I highly recommend them! The Almaden Ranch location is focused on delivering exceptional customer service. No high pressure sales tactics just competent informative sales people. For this visit, we met with TJ and he was Delightful to work with. Too bad I don’t need mattresses more often or I would definitely be back in the near future.
