Rachel was knowledgeable, patient, and kind in explaining the types of beds for my needs. We were able to narrow it down to 2 and decide from there. She made it very systematic and efficient in choosing what was appropriate for me. I can’t wait to try it out after it has been delivered. There is a number days of free trial, however a $250 charge for return pick up if you decide not to keep it.

I worked with Rachel at the Blossom Hill location in San Jose. She was amazing from the first moment! She patiently talked about the difference between the models and let us try them out. When I first walked in I felt so overwhelmed, but by the time I left, I felt very confident that I purchased the right bed for me. Since then, I have had to change the delivery date 5 times! And each time she patiently helped me make the change. I don’t have my bed still, but I have been so impressed with the customer service. I’m sure my bed will be great!

This location is great! The manager Rachel and her staff have always been so helpful when we call or go in to the showroom. We’ve purchased multiple beds here and are very happy with them. Above and beyond customer service!

I love Sleep Number. Have had their beds since 2001. Recently bought a new one and Rachel in San Jose was so wonderful. She helped me get what was exactly right for me and my situation. I'm so grateful. You rock Rachel!
