Really enjoyed my experience with the team at this specific Mattress Firm store. In the showroom, they were very helpful during the selection process without being overtly in your face. Robert was great in helping us decide a mattress providing honest feedback to help us make a selection. We worked with Jason to complete the transaction and it was very easy, pressure free and he took great care of us. Highly recommend the team at the Santa Teresa Mattress Firm!

Jason was super helpful in finding a mattress for my wife and I. He took into account our budget and sleeping styles to get a quality mattress in our bedroom. Our old queen bed was giving us problems but, Jason found some options considering my wife is a stomach sleeper and I’m mostly side sleeper. It’s only been a couple days, but we love it! Standard king hybrid memory foam firm mattress to give my wife and I more than enough comfort and sleeping space to sleep all night. Although, Jason mentioned to give it 30 days of sleeping to fully adjust to comfort. Thanks again.

I bought a queen Pressure Smart hybrid mattress 13" high, springs and 3" memory foam on top. It feels great, firm and soft. Then I bought a different brand plush twin XL for my son who liked it, but found it too soft after couple months. We retuned it for $250 restocking fee including delivery. Then I advised my son to go for the above twice XL hybrid firm, we received it but it was much firmer than the queen till I couldn't sleep on it nor my son. We return it for another $250 and now get the same hybrid but medium. Robert and Jason made me feel at home and used the phrase "we are here to serve" when I felt perplexed with the purchases and returns. The twice $250 restocking fee including delivery offered us a path forward to fix two mistakes. Otherwise, it would have been costly to fully absorb the cost each time and pay in full for mattress and delivery.
