I absolutely love the customer service here. I was privileged enough to have it all to myself. I was in the market for new mattress protector and a pillow. I was helped by Manager Chase. He asked me some questions in regards to my feel for firmness and my sleep position, he then brought over the pillows that would fit my sleep style. This place offers on the spot take home with you today items. I got my mattress protector to go same day, pillows will be shipped out, yes great selection on merchandise and mattresses. Will always recommend this store to anyone that is in the market for anything bedding.

My husband and I went to look at Mattresses and were immediately greeted by Jonathan. He was nice and very knowledgeable in getting us the right mattress that fit our needs! He allowed us to try out different mattresses and introduced us to the adjustable bases as well. Jonathon was thoroughly explaining the differences between the different types of mattresses/bases and overall made the entire process of picking them out easy! Delivery was also great, Alfonso and his colleague were prompt on both the delivery time and in setting up the bed and base! Overall, we truly are enjoying our new mattress and base and are getting amazing sleep and comfort! This was long over due. Thank you Mattress Firm team members!

We stopped by cause we were in the area just to try the firmness levels. We weren’t needing a mattress, we just had nothing else to do so we made that stop. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and right away the manager asked us a few questions on what it was we were looking for in a mattress. He showed us a few options and asked what our budget was. We hadn’t thought of a budget cause we weren’t actually shopping. We gave him a number and right away he took us to another mattress and it was just a bit above the number we had given him but he let us know there was an active sale going on for one more day. We let him know we weren’t actually shopping but we’d come back when we were actually ready. He wasn’t pushy at all. He still gave us all the info on the mattress, what the warranty covered and financing options, even with knowing that we weren’t going to buy. We left and went on our way. We couldn’t stop thinking of how comfortable the mattress was once we got home so we ended up driving back and buying it. There was a different rep there at that time and he was cool and laid back and again wasn’t pushy at all he just gave us options. The service was great. If it hadn’t been a good experience we wouldn’t have returned no matter how comfy the mattress was. We’ll definitely be back if we ever need another mattress for the other rooms.

I enjoyed my personal & professional contact with Chase while purchasing a new box spring only, especially since he did not pressure me to buy a new mattress with it. I didn’t need one. Store was immaculate with many mattress selections to choose from. Good experience. Would go back!

Sales person, Chase, greeted us as we walked in, was friendly, informed and answered all our questions. Immediately set up a mattress that we were interested in for us to sample. Total of 15 minutes in store to make decision, pay and leave. Great service.
