We worked with Frank. He had a lot of knowledge on the mattresses and was eager to help us find the best one for us. No pressure sales, no gimmicks. After spending an hour or so, I couldn't make up my mind so we left to do further research. Ended up going back here since he was so nice and trustworthy. Delivery was made for next day and delivery was so easy with texts along every step.
View on GoogleMy wife and I tested and tried several mattresses with Harts our sleep expert at Mattress Firm. The professionalism and knowledge was exemplary and we appreciated Harts. He guided us through the learning period for both sides and we selected the DreamCloud PressureSmart, Technology Plush, Pillow Top Mattress Queen Prime and adjustable frame. We now know that was an Excellent and accurate choice, we delayed the review as we wanted the full experience. We have followed the suggestions from Harts and we are not disappointed. Our sleep is improving with each day. Thank you to Harts and the Dream Cloud / adjustable bed manufacturers for a better sleep and for every day. Many Thanks for your Service and product.

View on GoogleI went to Mattress Firm in Bear as I had an urgent need to replace a mattress and box spring. A very nice, knowledgeable gentleman named Francisco helped me navigate through the store to find a good mattress, at a reasonable price, that would suit my needs. Francisco was aware of my budgetary concerns regarding the purchase and really worked it out so I could leave the store feeling very satisfied with the transaction. And he was able to provide me with a very fast delivery date, as well! I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Bear, DE, and this very kind salesman, Francisco. 5 Stars all around!

I was on the way to another Mattress store that I already visited day before and made selection, when I decided to make a stop just check what is in there at the Mattress Firm. I Met Hart , he show tremendous knowledge, asked a lot of questions to determine what would be the best for me. He asked me to try quite few different pieces and he was paying attention to My reaction. I finally decided to buy a mattress and adjustable frame from Hart. He has such an enjoyable personality and at the same time show a lot of knowledge. He is a big asset for your company ! Great job Hart and it was pleasure meeting you.
