I’m very happy with my furniture purchased with Dave and Samantha. The quality exceeded my expectations and was sturdy and comfortable. Delivery was smooth and on time and arrived in perfect condition. When one of my pieces didn’t fit through the door, Dave took it back and Samantha helped pick out something that would fit thru the door with no additional charge to us. Their customer service is great. I would highly recommend purchasing furniture from them. This is where I would go for all of my furniture needs.

Best place to buy mattresses, bed frames and even linens.
I have now furnished every bedroom with mattresses, bed frames and supports from Mattresses By Appointment in Newark, DE. I love the, "by Appointment" part. It's nice to have that private shopping feeling. Especially when you're really trying out all the mattresses properly. I never feel rushed either. When ever I have to make a high price item purchase of any kind, I always shop around to get the most bang for my buck. Ever sense I met David at Mattresses By Appointment back in 2020, during covid, I know that I never have to shop around to get the best mattress at the best price because they truly have the best prices. (Omg, I sound like a commercial) I can assure you, I am a real customer and I have purchased from there multiple times. They have so many options, no matter what your budget is, you will find something affordable and you will get it at a way lower price then anywhere else. Believe me when I sat, I did the shopping and comparing for you.
They also have easily approved financing too. (I really do sound like a commercial now) I swear, I'm just a very happy customer.
I wasn't going to share pics but now I feel I should just to prove my point.
But I am not stripping them to show the hole mattress.

So my wife and I were looking for a mattress a year ago. We found Mattress by appointment. We made our appointment and met him at his store. He is such a nice guy, we clicked right away. We were not pressured to make a purchase! He explained everything in detail, cracked some jokes and honestly my wife and I had fun spending money haha.
A week later he came to the house to deliver and set up our new bed frame, and mattress.
Dave is true to his word!
My daughter needed a new bed and mattress, she came home with some outrageous price from a local company and I said…. Wait I know a guy. I called Dave right away and he said he’d beat the price. He beat them alright, she ended up getting an entire sleigh bed frame, mechanical platform and mattress , delivered for just a few hundred more than the other company wanted for a mattress.
Seriously if you want a new mattress you have to give Mattress By Appointment a call. You will not be disappointed!

Shopping with Mattress by Appointment Newark DE was the most amazing low stress mattress shopping experience I have ever had. It was nice to shop by feel without the pressures of brand, limited time sales, prices, and shark like salesperson lurking around. I had been dreading wandering from store to store trying to compare the same old stuff with different brand names and prices while being pounced upon by the first available sales person.
My experience at Mattress by Appointment Newark DE, was so much better thsn i ever thought possible. WE were lucky to call and get an appointment the same day on a weekend. Dave was so patient and helpful, a wealth of information. He listened to our complaints from our last mattresses and current needs, and explained the changes to mattress making since we last looked... but most importantly, he watched for non verbal cues that said, "this is the one." He didn't try to push a specific model and offered multiple types of bases and accessories if needed. Delivery was through FedEx but Dave came by that day for professional white glove setup experience.
I wasn't expecting the entire experience to be so efficient. I hadn't even bought the bedding yet! But I look forward to trying the mattress in a few days.
I look forward to shopping with Mattress by Appointment Newark DE next time we need a mattress.
