Bel Furniture - Beaumont

I really like Bel Furniture! They have beautiful furniture made of quality materials that lasts you a really, really a long time. I love their craftsmanship and designs and absolutely like their prices! I-10 Bel Furniture is one of my favorite stores! I have bought about 7 bedroom sets from them and I love them all! They have very nice people working there too. 10 stars for Them from me instead of 5!!!

This is the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. The delivery service is terrible. I was told my furniture would arrive within three weeks, but it has now been four weeks and I still have not received any updates. When I called the store, I was told by an employee that the furniture is coming from J. Cooper and that delivery can take 4–6 weeks. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with this location. In the past, my furniture never arrived at this store, and I had to go to the Katy location to pick it up. The salesperson, Cindy, was amazing and provided excellent customer service. However, the overall management of this store needs significant improvement. The only reason I chose to shop at this location was to use my warranty refund. Additionally, the showroom furniture is in poor condition. Many of the floor models are broken, damaged, or stained and are in desperate need of replacement. This store either needs new management or major improvements as soon as possible.

When i walked up to the door they store manager opened It for me. She recognized I was disabled. Then Joseph my salesman proceeded to help me find the items i had already selected online. Joseph answered every question and demonstrated how to operate every sofa piece. As we continued not only did Joseph take me to each piece he also made sure I had a clear walk to each one. He moved furniture, table made sure I was safe on my walker. There is so much more I can say but I think you all got the picture. In the end, the whole staff at Bel Furniture Beaumont made me feel like I was the only person in the store and all my needs wants and desires was met. Joseph is Top-tier. And I will be back to get the mattresses he showed and suggested. My Furniture and table was delivered today on time. May God continue to bless you all.

I was greeted with a friendly welcome and a very friendly associate approached me to assist with my visit! She smiled and we talked about my what brought me in ? I explained what I was looking for and my budget! Her name was Ms. Cindy one of the most professional people I have met in the store! I left happy and pleased with my purchase! After shopping at every store looking for the perfect TV stand Ms Cindy ended my search! She was definitely an Angel sent.I will pass alone my experience with others !

Denise was so great to work with! She was there for all of our questions but didn’t hover or follow us around. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! I would definitely purchase from Bel Furniture again, not only because of the great quality of the products, but because of the amazing customer service!
