Sales rep (Sherry) was rude and had no desire in assisting us at all. After being in the store for over 40 minutes with no help and the sales rep only seen far away the other side of the store. My wife decided to leave and we went to Mike's Furniture and had exceptional customer service and ended up buying 10,000 in Furniture for our new home. She was wonderfully engaging, approachable, and helpful at every turn while picking out both mattresses and living room furniture for the new house.
