I had originally given them a 1 star review. But to be fair i wanted to just give them what they deserve and to just point out that they need to be more informing. And take responsibility for their mistakes. They swapped out my hybrid med temper for a non hybrid. And i also got the adjustable frame. Which they said the delivery people would mount to my headboard. And the delivery people do not do that. And after 3 months of pain and lack of sleep i was pretty grumpy. So i took it out on shawn. So it was a mistake that was made. But it was not that big of a deal. I now have less pain and much better sleep. So i wanted to be fair and thank them for their help in getting the mattress swapped out. And doing their best. And shawn did do his best to make sure i was happy. And i am happy and i am grateful for shawns help. They were always professional and curious. And they made a small mistake. So thank you for doing your best. Rested and comfortable on my new mattress and adjustable frame. Love them. ZZZZZzzzzzzzzz.

This is the first mattress store we visited today thinking we’d be looking for hours and going store to store all day. Logan greeted us kindly and authentically and asked all the right questions, answered all of our questions, honored our price point, educated us on all the pros and cons, welcomed our questions about other stores and comparisons without any defensiveness, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We left and looked briefly at one more store and couldn’t get back to Mattress Firm fast enough. We ended up with a split-King, Tempur-pedic hybrid, medium firmness with the massage and lumbar support upgrade in the base. I seriously didn’t want to get off the bed to go pay for it, it’s so comfortable! You have to try the zero gravity setting! Unreal! Logan did NOT upsell us or pressure us in any way the entire time we were there, he just simply helped us narrow down what was most important to us. I’m confident he would have been just as helpful and kind had we come in to get a base-model, clearance mattress. We are so excited to get our new bed just 2 days from now and feel very blessed that Logan was the sales person we got! Definitely ask for him when you go in! Highly recommend this store!

Shawn was absolutely amazing. His personality was flexible as he delt with my husband and I. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding all of our questions. Shawn knew how to quickly get us exactly what we needed. He set the bar extremely high and that’s why we are loyal customers.

The purchasing of the mattress was awesome. Logan did a great job on getting everything sold and set up for delivery. My issue comes with the delivery. We didn’t have another mattress to have removed so we went with the free delivery option which was we get it to the door then the rest is on me. Got it. I can do that. If I know it’s there. The delivery team was so fast and efficient that they were not even noticed until we discovered it was delivered. No doorbell ring, no knock just a dump and run. This was to be a $1400 mattress so I called today to talk to the manager and found out very snarky like that the free delivery is just that. If you want the extra service it is $100 dollars for the white glove setup. So I guess the charge to be notified by a doorbell ring is $100 dollars. I really did not find it outrageous to call and speak about this but found very quickly Shawn doesn’t care once the people are out of the showroom. All good. With nowhere else to lodge a complaint except for the store manager I guess I’m stuck without any recourse. All I wanted was to make sure something could be done for future customers. It was already too late for me but why not make it better for the next. I don’t think it is unreasonable for a doorbell ring then they can walk away, just some notice that it has been delivered. He didn’t want to listen to that. Good luck if you ever do have a complaint here. Nothing will be done. Oh, I did find the district manager though. Thank you for your time Shawn

I went into the store with kind of a plan already to go. I told the employee what my price range was and what I was looking for he showed me three and I picked the new dream cloud mattress with the new cool technology. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
