This might not be a fair review because I made the purchase from out of state for delivery to a new home in Star. William in the Chinden tried his best to help with our delivery issues - thank you William. But the stores delivery practices is total BS. I get the email the day before to confirm my delivery. I get the automated phone call the morning of that my delivery is on the truck and the driver will call 30 minutes before the expected delivery time. No phone call ever came. I’m in my house waiting, and a neighbor calls to borrow a tool. I open my front door and the mattress is leaning up against my entry wall. They just freakin dropped it off!!! No phone call, no knock on the door!!! Nothing. That’s called drop off, not delivery! Total BS! I’m 70 years old and by myself. How am I supposed to manage a Queen size bed into the house by myself? You need to revisit your drop off policy and / or advertise that you only drop off and you don’t do delivery. TOTAL BS!!!

Sean Paul was very knowledgeable. He didn’t rush us. And he explained all the different adjustable beds and mattresses to us. He gave us a great deal and set up a delivery time that works best for us. Very happy.

We ended up going to MattressFirm on Sunday 10/12 and Tonya did an amazing job showing us different options within our budget. We got a great deal and free delivery as well. If you need a great mattress and want great customer service, then go see Tonya .

William, the salesperson, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable of his products. He didn't rush us and thoroughly explained the differences between the characteristics and advantages of matress brands in the store. We have been in several different mattress/bed stores, but never experienced any salesperson with William's level of expertise! A very pleasant visit and purchase of a new bed!

An amazing experience! Shawn is a fantastic manager and I appreciated him taking the time to really figure out what I wanted and list out all the options with pros and cons. I ended up purchasing one of those fancy adjustable mattress bases with lumbar support and massage features. And got a tempurpedic pillow. Delivery went great, the dispatch was in contact with me over both text and phone. The delivery guys brought the package up to my door and handled it well. It’s been about a month with my base and I love. Works perfectly, exactly what I wanted. Thank you Shawn for helping me out!
