View on GoogleUpdate from my prior review...see below. Great service by the salesman. Very knowledgeable and no pressure for a sale. He walked away and let my wife and I discuss the options for beds. We ended up buying a mattress set from Mattress Firm and left very satisfied. Upon our return to the store a couple months later to see about a potential return, the same salesman we were so happy with in the beginning, wasn't helpful, was rude, seemed annoyed we came back. Because of his poor attitude, my wife and I will likely never return to Mattress Firm.
View on GoogleI am absolutely horrified at the lack of customer service I have experienced from Mattress Firm. I bought an adjustable base bed and mattress 1 year and 1 month ago. It broke a week and a had ago and I was instructed to go through the warranty process, which I did. It took hours to speak to a human and then I was told I would be contacted by the service company within 48 hours. 4 days later, I called the store and asked why no one had contacted me. I then go an email from the service company stating the parts for the bed are on back order and they cannot provide an estimated date they will be available. I was told this bed “rarely” breaks. Yet, the parts are on back order. I went to the store and spoke with the manager. He said he would call the regional manager and see if they could just get the bed replaced. He just called me and informed me the regional manager said I am out of luck and I will just have to wait it out. I am disgusted by this. I will be buying a new bed from someone else and filing a complaint with the BBB and telling everyone I know not to buy from Mattress Firm.
View on GoogleMattress firm has a lot of mattress selections. Andrew was our salesman and he absolutely Rocked. He was very patient and really listened to our needs. We ended up buying the Top of the line Temper pedic mattress and the frame with all the bells and whistles. I Thank Andrew for the sleep I'm going to get as soon as my new bed is delivered... I will definitely buy my next bed from Andrew at Mattress firm.
