Great overall experience. I had a very enjoyable conversation with the gentleman working there, I believe his name was Jason. He answered all of my questions and was very accommodating in regards to my needs and financing requests. I would recommend that anyone in need of a bed go to Pleasant Hill Mattress Firm.
View on GoogleI had a great time dealing with Jailinn and company over at Mattress Firm. I was looking for a mattress like the one I already have and there were already customers being helped when I came in. They welcomed me in, said they'd be right with me and I looked around testing mattresses. I was asked a couple times if I had questions while they finished helping the other customers. Then I was approached, introduced and asked what I could be helped with. Didn't take long and I was shown 3 options for what I had described. Found what I wanted and we made the arrangements. The bed is coming tomorrow and I bought it today! Jailinn was great to talk to and knowledgeable about the products which made my decision easier and the process pretty quick. I don't like doing reviews because who cares or reads these anyways but it was easy for this veteran who is impatient and direct and Jailinn made it so smooth I had to mention it. Thanks guys, I'll be back for my next mattress. Dave S.
View on GoogleFrom start to finish, our experience with this Mancinis was absolutely exceptional. Truly one of the best purchasing experiences we’ve had in a long time. The entire process felt thoughtful, professional, and completely pressure-free. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine care and attention. The showroom was beautiful, calm, and inviting — exactly what you’d hope for when making such an important investment in your sleep and overall well-being. Sunee was phenomenal. Knowledgeable without being pushy, patient without hovering, and incredibly attentive to every detail. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our (many) questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our decision. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Delivery was smooth, communication was clear, and everything arrived exactly as promised. No surprises, no stress — just a flawless experience all around.
View on GoogleWe had an incredible experience working with Jason! He was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the process with ease. He took the time to explain all the warranties and different ways to protect our purchase. Truly couldn't have had a better experience.
View on GoogleJason was super friendly and very helpful. I appreciated not feeling rushed and that he showed us multiple options that would fit our needs. We found a great bed within our budget without compromising quality. He was even able to get it delivered tomorrow which is awesome. Plus the entire process was fairly quick. Couldn't be happier! Here's a picture of my baby enjoying trying out the mattresses with us 😁
