Sales person, Saul, was very informed and helpful. No pressure. Expert advice. Made mattress purchase process easy. Mattress arrived the next day and was installed with no problems. So far, so good. Only minus is the high pricing of mattresses in general today.
View on GoogleSaul was very nice and directed me to what I needed. I wanted a medium plush, and I picked from 4. I got what I wanted and needed, which was not the most expensive one. No pressure, just a nice guy to help me figure it out. I get a trial period if I end up not liking it after all, which is great, but I don’t think I’ll require it. If I have to buy a mattress, this is how I want it to go. A good feeling.
View on GoogleSaul was a great help and very knowledgeable. We were able to check out the different mattresses until we found the one that we liked best.
View on GoogleIf you are thinking about a new mattress visit Saul at Matress Firm on Ygnacio Valley Road. Professional, nice, very knowledgeable, no 'hard sell'. I've had the same mattress for decades and he really listened and provided excellent insights and options since a few things have changed. Saul will give you great guidance.
