Mattress Firm Walnut Creek South Main Street

It has been 2 years shopping for a mattress and we visited this location 3 times. Clare has been the most patient and thorough every visit. I also appreciate how our interaction has always been pressure free too. So if you’re ever on the search for a new mattress, I promise you Clare will take GREAT care of you. I cannot wait til our Tempur-pedic hybrid mattress arrives in our home!

From the moment I walked in the door at Mattress Firm WC, to walking out the door, I experienced EXCEPTIONAL Service from Jailinn, the sales representative!!! He was extremely kind, patient and very thorough! Explaining available options and potential scenarios! My encounter did NOT feel “sales-y” at all. It was a friend explaining a variety of options to another friend! Kudos to Mgmt for an amazing hire in Jailinn! I highly recommend Mattress Firm WC! Thanks again!!!

If I could give zero stars I would ! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. Joey the manager was super pushy and not really as nice as the sales associates at Mancini’s around the corner. I came in to compare prices because I first went to Mancini’s. Joey wasnt that nice but he did have a lot of product knowledge which I will give him that. He did end up selling us on an expensive frame which we loved but he did recommend a more cost friendly mattress that felt nice which we were going to go for $650 is that he said the price was, I did apply for the credit card to see what I would be approved for and towards the end I asked him what would be the balance after using the limit of the credit card and he said 1,075 (or maybe a couple dollars less but it was no more than that for sure!) so I told him I’ll come back which the money and I wanted to purchase everything at once he said it didn’t matter when we paid the balance because he already processed it so they’re gonna send me a receipt THEN he asked “you want to buy it right?” And I said I wanted to come back then he again said it was already processed I then told him how was he going to process something then ask if I wanted it and he said that he asked me before he proceeded with the order and I stated that NO he did not and he said “I’m pretty sure I did” & “well sorry if he didn’t ask before” then he tried to trick me into signing the purchase agreement which I would not do then he went to “check something” the told me “you’re right if you would of signed this it would of been too late” I was so turned off by that so I definitely was not going to give him my business and I was going to go to another location, I ended up getting an email this morning with a receipt of the order and it was $700 more than what he quoted us ! So he tried to pull a fast one and supposedly this is the STORE MANAGER! I cannot believe a manager would try to do something this shady not only lie about pricing but try to trick me into signing an agreement. Oh and the $650 mattress was actually $1400. I ended up getting the frame I wanted for way cheaper and a better mattress at Mancini’s around the corner so I recommend everyone go there. It definitely is a way better environment and experience!

Great experience! Clare is a great salesperson who asked what we needed and immediately showed us what we wanted and needed. Excellent price. She explained warranty and exchange policy completely. We are very satisfied!

Jason was awesome. He listened to my objective and concerns. He wasn’t pushy at all. He took his time and heard what I needed most. It’s rare to interface with people who truly listens compared to individuals who fit the typical salesman pitch alone.
