I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to say thank you. From start to finish, Frank Skokan was incredible to work with and helped me choose the perfect sectional for my new home. He was an amazing salesman—extremely patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with, as I kept changing my mind on furniture selections and delivery dates, but Mark handled everything without hesitation. He stayed on top of every request and made adjustments quickly, even responding after hours and late at night from home. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find. Mark went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend working with him—1000%. If you’re shopping at Raymour & Flanigan, ask for Mark. He’s a great guy and truly cares about his customers.

At first, I was a little taken aback since questions on some of the merchandises on price and options were not shown and the store was so big that I could not readily get the information I needed at that time. He explained the policy on following customers around. He was very helpful and informative once I made my choice and the options available to me. Great quality and large selections on all types of furniture at reasonable prices. Since my purchase was custom, I am awaiting its completion and delivery.
