He really listened and guided me toward a luxurious, super soft couch that I am completely in love with and hope to have forever. Delivery was fast, easy, and stress free. The team brought it in and had everything set up in my living room within minutes. He stayed on top of every request and made adjustments quickly, even responding after hours and late at night from home. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find. Great experience at Raymour & Flanigan. The showroom was well organized, and the staff were very friendly. They took the time to answer questions, explain options, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Delivery expectations were explained clearly, and overall customer service felt professional and welcoming. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re furniture shopping.

The salesman greeted me as I entered the store and explained the layout and advised his availability if I had any questions. At first, I was a little taken aback since questions on some of the merchandises on price and options were not shown and the store was so big that I could not readily get the information I needed at that time. He explained the policy on following customers around. He was very helpful and informative once I made my choice and the options available to me. Great quality and large selections on all types of furniture at reasonable prices. Since my purchase was custom, I am awaiting its completion and delivery.
