Went in looking for furniture for our new apartment. Was warmly greeted and directed to the section I was looking for. Was able to find a beautiful dining room table severely discounted (floor model, no imperfections) which was later delivered to our house a week later. I am so happy with our purchase. I went back and got a small writing desk on sale as well. Normally I would not spend so much money on furniture, but they have a large sale section with good quality items if you take the time to look. I will be back, as I still need a few items.

I only bought because of their advertised $200 cash back on AMEX. However was sorely disappointed that it didn’t include store bought products particularly from the Bridgewater NJ outlet. Not only that, the store looks like it’s a high end furniture shop, But to my dismay the $700 rug we purchased was truly not up to par with the price. The edges are noticeably uneven! See pic. Also I had a very unsatisfactory customer service at this particular store. The lady left me in the middle of helping me find a rug to take a call but she did not come back. I went downstairs to look for her (for additional assistance) only to find that she is chitchatting with her coworker. I should have took that as a sign. I truly regret this big purchase.

I was in search of a specific outdoor set that I've seen online and called a few locations. The Livingston flagship store told me what I was looking for should be available to view at the Bridgewater Outlet location. We were disappointed to find out that it was not there when we got there but we were able to see other similar styles made of same material. So it gave us a good idea of how the one we saw online would be. The sales person who helped us was able to show us a piece that had same seat height and overall dimensions to give us an idea. They were able to price match to another competitor and give additional discount which helped make it hard to refuse the deal. (As you know patio furniture is very expensive). Also free shipping via fedex if willing to assemble yourself. We purchased the Analon Outdoor sectional couch set for 24% less than the price on their website. It was worth the trek to the store to get such a good price. We purchased in store on Sunday, and it arrived on our doorstep by Wednesday. We were very happy to receive it so fast. The item was as pictured. A little tricky to assemble but we got it done. I wish I knew about this outlet location previously. They had a really nice selection of furniture and it seemed like they were willing to give good deals. I would visit this store again the next time we look for furniture
